I've been using TweetDeck on my laptop for about a month, and it's become really painful to drop back to Twitterfox at work. The ability to take 200 followers and group them into "Folks I care about" and "Folks that are kinda neat" and "Companies that might be useful" is priceless.. I wish more tools would implement that kind of grouping.
